Paula and Bridgette Powers provide a 24/7 Rescue and
Rehabilitation Service for Seabirds, Waterbirds and Native
Birds and other Australian Native Animals..
Our facility is the only one in Southeast Queensland that
specialises in Seabirds, we are situated on 2147 Steve Irwin
Way Landsborough Qld 4550.
We have been providing this service to the public for 12
years.
We attend to callouts and are open to the public to drop off
injured wildlife.
Although we specialise in Seabirds we never turn away any
injured animal.

"Charlie" Is Here To Stay!
"Charlie" the female pelican is now a permanent resident of Twinnies Pelican and Seabird Rescue Inc. "DERM"and "DEEDI" have granted us a permit to keep "Charlie" for the purpose of assisting with the rehabilitation of other pelicans that come into care. We would like to thank all the members of the public for their support in our mission to keep "Charlie".
New Rescue Boat!
Twinnies Pelican and Seabird Rescue Inc. have been granted funds through the Gambling Community Benefit Fund to purchase a boat and trailer for conducting regular health checks of the waterways and to attend to rescues on the water. The boat will be handed over to the "Twinnies" next Wednesday at Ray Scholes Marine Noosaville.
Donations are now tax deductible!
Twinnies Pelican and Seabird Rescue Inc. have been entered into the Register of Environmental Organisations and have been granted DGR (Deductible Gift Recipient) Status.
With DGR Status Twinnies Seabird Rescue Fund can accept Bequests and Donations.
Any donation $2 and above made to "Twinnies Seabird Rescue Fund" are tax deductible.
Linen Drive!
If you have any sheets, doona covers, pillowcases, hand towels, tea towels and towels you no longer require please drop them off to our facility at 2147 Steve Irwin Way Landsborough.
We use all these items for bedding for the birds.
Membership renewals are due!
